As we plan for Fall 2022, we want to hear from you about how we might deepen both our Sunday worship experience and other aspects of Christian formation in the parish. Please take a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire.

By sharing your perspective, you will help us to understand how we might create opportunities to worship God as we listen for the prompting of hte Holy Spirit, and where we are being led as a church community.

Please note that Andrew will not review these surveys until he returns from vacation in mid-August. But! It would be lovely to have your responses by August 14 so that he can review them upon his return and bring this to a scheduled Faith Formation meeting in late August.
